Tree Plantation Drive : 13 August 2021
Kupwara, August 13:As run up to 75th Independence Day Celebrations and with an attempt to make it an Eco-Friendly Independence Day, a Tree Plantation Drive was organised by Army Camp, Langate at Municipal Park & National Public School, Langate in coordination with Civil Administration.
The aim of the activity was to spread awareness amongst the local populace on "Clear and Green Environment".
The event witnessed an active participation wherein 15 Saplings mix of Deodar & Coniferous were planted during the drive.
The local populace along with opinion makers expressed their gratitude and thanked Army for organising the event.
